Announcements(1) If you're the winner of a $50 or $100 Great State Experiences Voucher,
you can use it here to book for Wirrina Cove night sky tours between 1 May and 31 July 2021.
(2) There's a total lunar eclipse on 26 May 2021 that will be visible (weather permitting) throughout South Australia. The Moon begins to enter the Earth's shadow at 7:15pm (SA time) and is totally eclipsed by 8:41pm. Totality lasts just over 14 minutes, so at 8:56pm the Moon begins to exit the Earth's shadow and has fully emerged by 10:22pm. From our latitudes the Moon enters the "left side" of the shadow, passes just inside the lower left part, and then exits from the "lower right side".

If Covid-19 restrictions prevent you from attending our night sky tours, watch our 2020 lockdown tour video (13m34s MP4).
We also have an extended version (16m34s MP4) featuring additional behind-the-scenes images.
But we're still keeping our tour numbers small, so that we can show you more things through our telescopes.
